exercise and fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and 

fitness goals for the client.

Strength Training

Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness for everyone. By stressing your bones, strength training can increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.


Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's musculature. An individual who engages in this activity is referred to as a bodybuilder

Weight Loss

Your weight is a balancing act, and calories are part of that equation. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of grapefruit will make the pounds drop off. But when it comes to weight loss, it's calories that count. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity.

Elite offers a variety of package types to accommodate your training needs. We offer both individual and group packages so that you can either train alone or with your friends.
